Top Notch Cocktail
1/4 Vodka
1/4 Sloe Gin
1/4 Q'Vana West Indies Rum
1/4 Pineapple Juice
Fill shaker with crushed ice - shake well
Strain in cocktail glass
Tips on Getting Your Cocktail Right
Use fresh ice with each drink. Ice should not be used a second time.
Superfine sugar (i.e. berry sugar) will result in clearer drinks.
Use a Lemon Mixer. Fresh lemon is nice but it will spoil after 12 hours (and your party may go on for longer than that). Lemon Mixer will keep for ten days without spoiling. It also has the added bonus of keeping all your drinks in uniform taste.
A jigger is 1 1/4 ounce.
A pony is 3/4 an ounce.
A dash is equal to about 20 drops or 1/4 teaspoon.
Mixed drinks should not stand too long. Make them on demand and drink up.
