Marinade
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp grated gingerroot
1 tsp grated orange zest
Pinch crushed red pepper flakes (I complement this with some Club House Salmon Spice)
4 boneless skinless salmon fillets

*Whisk together all marinade ingredients in small bow. Place salmon in a large, heavy-duty resealable plastic bag. Add marinade and seal bad. Turn bag several times to coat salmon. Marinate in fridge overnight.

*Preheat grill to medium heat. Reserve the marinade and place salmon on grill for 3-4 minutes per side. If you don't have a BBQ, you can broil for 4 minutes per side in your oven.

This recipe is phenomenal, and healthy! Enjoy!
