Hey guys. Just looking for a good pickled egg recipe if anyone out there has one. Thanks.

I just put the eggs in a jar and use about 60/40 mix of vinegar & water add a heaping tablespoon of pickling spices, cut up an onion and a couple of cloves of garlic. let it sit for 2 to 3 weeks and your good to go.

I tried making some for the first time a few weeks back. 5 dozen. Basically the same recipe. I made two batches the second I added some jalapeno peppers can't wait to try them.

I usually throw in a half dozen or so habeneros or jalapenos into the jar.
