Hey guy's looking for a recipe for hamburger jerky.What is best oven or a dehydrator. Thanks.

Dehydrator. I make it with round steak roast that I grind myself. I find the extra lean hamburger to be still too greasy. Every now and then a certain store runs it as a special for $1.99 a lb and that's when I make jerky.
