Oops smoked meatloaf does have a different flavor.
Don't accidentally spill the fat from the pan into the bottom of a gas oven.
Can you say flash-fire? Closed the door right away and the flames went out nstantly. Clearing the smoke and reaching the alarm company before the fire department arrived took a while though Rolling Eyes

Hubby says I can have the day off tomorrow Laughing

Laughing At least I didn't waste the venison in the freezer.
Actually it didn't taste too bad. Just added some BBQ sauce and pretended it was Grilled Meatloaf Smile

Reminds of a time camping on Manitoulin Island. Wife primed the coleman a little too much. When she lit it she burned down the kitchen tent. Thank god she didn't waste the perch filets!

Wormhole some of those old Tents would really burn I hope she was OK, These new flame retardant jobs have no doubt made camping a ton safer!
