 Need a recipe! |

Okay everyone, I'm in need of a recipe! Last night we had a roast beef for supper. We are tired of the traditional cold roast beef sandwich or hot beef sandwich. Does anyone have a simple recipe for the leftover beef that we are sure to already have in the house? Hope so! Thanks! Paul.

Simple and easy. Slice your leftover roast beef and place in a cover fry pan overlapping it as little as possible.
Pour your favorite BBQ sauce on top, cover and heat through.

and then pour a very large glass of beer and dig in... if still in need? pour a second, third and so on glasses of beer and enjoy.

Hey for quick one Cube the left over roast beef, place in a pot and add a can of campbells mushroom soup. Do not add milk or water. Reheat slowly and stir occaisionally to prevent sticking. Serve with bread and butter. And of course draft beer to drink.

I don't drink much beer, but once in a while I'll crack open a Moosehead, Molson Golden, or Killians.
Can't drink most american beer, it seems to have a "soapy" taste.
