This radar only shows the leading half of the current storm. The other half stretches to the state of Nebraska. It's tracking north east, so I don't see how it can miss us.

I was just out with the dogs. If this keeps up it is going to be a big mess. Be careful with your driving and watch up for those poor folks who think they can stop in this stuff.

shes blowing around the brg neighbourhood pretty good this morning and the wind kinda brisk but i will take a little more so i can get my sled out Very Happy as the little bit we got the other day wasn't enough to support snowmobiling around here yet -- after today we should be good to go.

By the way Zach -- Bruce has retreated to cave to sleep till spring like the bears do -- he'll be back out just before the musky season starts Laughing

It was national skip out day anyway. Razz I wasnt going if it snowed or if it didnt. Had fun plowing my drive way, just got back in. Was out there for an 1 or more. Mind you though I have a big drive way. Cool

You may need the sled to get to work. What is the rule on riding your sled on public streets and in public parks. We have a couple of nuts this morning ripping around the area and I don't think they are on their way to work.

I think it is illegal within the city limit but there is some provision for snow emergencies but I am not sure what. I thought about trying mine just for a rip around the block.

This snow is bad news for all of us who are forced to drive in it. But I just got an email from a friend out west to wish me a merry Xmas and he asked how we will be spending Xmas. We are planning an nice quiet Xmas but I must say that all this snow reminds us of out west. If you can't drive in it or push it away, fire up the fireplace and break out a mug of scotch. While I am thinking of it, merry Xmas to all my fellow Skunks, enjoy the white Xmas.

Had the ice sled out today. I can't give any details since it could incriminate me. Something about posted speeds and within city limits. But I had to test it proper and that included a proper trottle test proceedure. I wasn't sure that WOT was working but now I know it is. I am happy that it performed well before trailering it someplace and find out i have some bugs to work out yet. snowmobile snowmobile snowmobile
