just came across this thread and remembered a way to cook and eat fish..dont know if its exact but I remember it sure tasted great.take a fresh cob of corn size of cob same as filet.lets make sure were talking about sweet corn.remove all but a stub of corn from the cob place filet inside leafs.with skin on.make sure tasles been removed wrap tightly with whats ever available it will burn off when placed on coals from the fire turn at least twice during cooking time of 17 to 20 minutes......carefull when removing from coals because fish will fall off skin open up and add fresh lemon drops to taste......
