 Pickerel Salad Sandwiches |

Pickerel Salad Sandwiches, are a staple at our house. If you like tuna sandwiches you will love pickerel sandwiches!
1) Take a whole cleaned walleye with skin removed, add salt and place in a double steamer pan, a squeeze of lemon never hurts. steam 'till white and flaky.
2) Once flaky add fish to food processor and pulse until all fish is chopped.
3) in a large mixing bowl add fish, chopped gr.oinion, cilantro, chopped dill pickle, and salt and pepper. Blend together. (garlic if you wish)
4) add in miracle whip (or olive oil if your on a diet) and mix together all of the contents.
5) make sandwiches any way you like 'em
