 Fish Batter Rainbow/Coho |

I got this recipe from a guy i met a while ago, and tried it the other night, i thought it was very good, here it is.
1) Some Pancake Mix. (About 1 Cup)
2) 1 Tsp of Garlic Salt
3) 1 Tsp of Onion Salt
4) 1 Tsp of Blk Pepper
5) 1 Tsp of Salt
6) 1 Tblspn of Oregano
7) 1 Tblspn of Basil
8 ) 1 Tblspn of Paprika
9) Dash or 2 of Cheyenne Pepper
A) Beat 2 eggs & some milk in a bowl. Coat Fish.
B) Coat fish in batter.
C) Cook fish on grill or in frying pan with about 1/4” of oil.

sounds good, i might even try it with some of the walleye i have sittin in the freezer
