This is a good one to make for those who are not sure if they want to eat Bambi.

Take a roast I use flank trim it so in lays flat. Use a meat hammer and pound it out
Soak your roast in red wine for 8 to 12 hours

In a large mixing bowl cut in a loaf of stale bread
add 1 cup of butter, 10 chopped cerimi mushrooms, 1 cup of cooked minute rice, 4 diced cloves of garlic, chopped cilantro, salt and pepper 1 can of chicken stock mix together.

Remove roast from the refrigerator and place on a cutting board.
cover with stuffing mixture and roll it up
tie the roast up with butchers twine.
pour 1 stick of melted butter over the roast and cover with flour salt and pepper.
Brown the roast in a large frying pan in butter.
Place the roast in a open roasting pan and place into a 325 degree oven.
using a meat probe cook until the center reaches 135 degrees.

Serve with fresh veggies and oven roast potatoes and Red wine.
