Are you ready for this????? I know how much the "Gang" likes their cheeseburgers so I created this for them!

Take 2lbs lean ground chuck, 1 lb lean pork and mix together, add in some A1 sauce, Montreal steak spice, and some minced garlic.... maybe a splash of miskeet liquid smoke. Form yourself at least 1/4 pound patties.

The Cheese!!!! Cook off 1lb of bacon make it crispy and break it into chunks and place it in a mixing bowl add in 2 tubs of smoked salmon cream cheese and mix in the bacon!

The Garnish: have an assort of tomato pickle (dill) red onion etc... what ever you like do not forget ketchup or mustard!

The Bun!!!! Get some giant 12 grain jobs from the local bakery!

Cook your patties about medium and start to build your master piece on a grilled 12 grain roll. start with a liberal spread of the cheese mix, mine would have sliced dill pickle, tomato, red onion, bean sprouts, ketchup, mustard and corn relish!

Nope too many conflicting flavours. I'm not saying they are not good flavours, just too many. Can't disagree with your choice of meats or bacon and the way its done. Old Fashion, OLD cheddar with mustard , a little relish and a few diced onions. Damn off to the market!

OOPS! Almost forgot. For Pauls's sake PBR to wash it down!

Here is the Big Dog burger:
Start with 1/3 pound ground round for each person you plan to serve. Crumble the meat into a large bowl. add 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder per person and 1 tablespoon bacon bit(real bacon only please) per person.
Shape into patties and grill or broil to your liking.
Butter and toast enough buns for the burgers.
Place each bottom bun on a plate, top with sliced onions then the burger pattie and a slice of sharp Cheddar cheese.
Completely cover the cheese with as many sliced dill pickles as you can, fit then together like puzzle pieces. Spuirt on ketchup mustard or mayo, then top with a slcie of fresh tomato and some crisp lettuce.

If you have done this correctly your burger should sit about 8 inches high. Place the plate on the floor and gently step on the burger(clean feet please) and enjoy Very Happy
