I heard about this burger from a friend and it sound good for taste but not good for your heart. first you take a burger then instead of buns you use grilled cheese sandwichs then filled with a couple strips of bacon and some funions or onion rings.

thats an inside out hamburger LOL we used to wrap them in foil and throw them in the fire when we were in scouts way back when
