It's not what you think. My boat is a fishing boat and it has no top on it so it is topless, Now you get it.LOL So it's " Always topless " That was the only thing that I could think of at the time I got it and its stuck with me. What it's legal. My fishing buddies loved it. Thought that it was unique. Jim

Very unique that is for sure. I guess I am topless as well although I have been looking and priceing out some canvass so I can extend my fishing season especially on damp drizzly days.

Some days its ok to have no top on your boat, but on other days you wish you had one, It's a win lose situation. Jim
