Sauteed Fiddleheads with Cranberries |

This is a New Brunswick favorite
Butter 2 oz
Fiddleheads 8 oz
Cranberries 2 oz
Maple syrup 1 oz
Salt and pepper to taste
Sautee fiddleheads in butter - 3 minutes
Add cranberries and maple syrup
Cover and steam 3 minutes
Season to taste and serve.
