I know I know its raining or its wet or misty but I think weve all been there before so put on the rain gear and when the water gets brown we get down to cat-n thats cat fishing for those of you who dont know yes fishing budds that s right
when the flow settlesdown a little the cats are on the prowl just use whatever stinky bait you perfer and bam! fish-on
oh and hold on......because during this kind of wet there usually big very big
