Okay this one is for my buddy Paul you will need:
-4 clean walleye fillets skin removed, sesame seed buns, Cajun fish crisp, condiments, think Monterrey jack cheese, 3 eggs, milk.
-Grind your clean walleye in a food processor.
-Mix together with a splash of fish crisp and 1 egg.
-Form patties and let stand
-Make an egg wash and soak your patties and bread 2x with Cajun fish crisp
- You can deep fry them or pan fry them in any fashion you like
- Place on a sesame seed bun, add your cheese and garnish how you wish
Do not forget your cold PBR.

Sounds good Eric. Do you put them in the wash twice you are saying?

Yes especially if you deep fry it you want it all sealed up!!!
