 Looking for deer sausage and pepperettes recipe |

Hey guys
I'm looking to make a batch of Deer pepperettes and sausage up for the first time. I know a lot of you are pretty secretive when it comes to a good recipe but i was wondering if some of you would share a sausage and pepperettes recipe with me. I would hate to make a bunch up and it not be any good. Any help would be appreciated

just pick up seasoning at princess auto for pepperettes. i use cracked pepper and garlic, that is the best one i tried yet. comes with casings. i think it is $24 and does 20 lbs. mix at least 50/ 50 deer and pork.
