Breakfast |

I have been eating fidh for breakfast the last few times I actually eat breakfast....not sure what the best way to cook fish for breakfast.....was doing what I usually do by rolling the filets in flour and then pan frying them....but they come out all greasy but delicious....looking for a less greasy idea
so my question to you folks is....what is your favourite method for cooking up fish with breakfast?

its not hot enough even though the oil is smoking.....its as hot as it is for anything else I would cook that way.....starts sizzling and popping as soon as it hits the pan
p.s. when I say greasy I don't mean the coating, its only a light dusting of flour

I form patties with a mixture of leftover fish fillets and mashed potatoes, spices (whatever you like). Fry in a little pam spray. They taste great and fill you up.
