 Meal on Ice |

If you are like me you get hungry when you are out on the ice. If you have room on your sled and can bring some extra gear here is a good little lunch you will all enjoy.
You will need a cook stove or propane burner a skillet, 1 stick of french bread, 1 box of fish coating, 1 large zip lock bag, and some oil.
-Catch and clean some perch (or fish)
- cut your bread into slices and toast
-Heat up your oil in the skillet about 1/3 of the pan
-bread your fillets using the zip lock bag and fry
-place your fillet on the toast and eat like a sandwich.
*** This is really good with some tarter sauce
