Pirate's Rainbow Trout W/ Dill Cream Sauce |

Fish Prep:
1) place your clean fillets on a broiler pan.
2) cover with melted butter and lemon pepper
3) Place in oven on broil 3-5 min until flaky.
White Wine and Dill Cream Sauce.
1) In a sauce pan place 2 cups table cream and place over med. heat
2) Add 3 tablespoon fresh finely chopped dill
3) bring to a rolling boil and add 1/2 cup of white wine.
4) thicken with corn starch (remember you are not making glue)
5) Pour over plated fillets.
****Enjoy with fresh seasonal veggies potato or rice and a Box of wine.***
