No this is not a mutation so don't go targeting the elusive fingered pickerel! We feed them to nieces and nephews who might not otherwise eat fish.
1)Take your cleaned and skinned fish slice the fillet into finger sized pieces.
2) egg wash
3) coat with your favourite coating I like "Pirate Crisp"
4) Fry it up in light oil like sesame.
5) serve with fries (the smile deals are a hit too) and lots of fish gravy (aka Tarter Sauce)
