Ruffled Rainbow Trout |

In the spirit of all things Fish here comes another Monday Night Recipe Pick from the Pirates table.
Ingredients to feed 4 people:
6 fresh Rainbow Trout fillets (4 if you have big fish), 1bag Ruffles chips, 1 tub sour cream, Fresh dill, 1 Bottle Pele Is. Pinot Gris, green onion, 1 stick of butter.
1) Place fresh fish in greased a cooking dish add salt.
2) Add to a med sauce pan over med heat chopped onion and tablespoon of butter, as onions soften add sour cream and chopped dill blend. When mixture boils add 1 cup white wine. Do not stop stirring. Let stand.
3)Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place fish in oven for 5-6 min.
4)Remove fish, add sauce. Crush your ruffles finely and place on top of the sauce.
5)Return to oven for 1-2 minutes.
*** Serve with steamed green beans and Spanish rice....Again enjoy the Pinot Gris Cheers***
