 Rabbit Recipe |

This is our go to recipe to satisfy all.
Rabbit meat is mild but very lean meat.
Make up a paste to start off.
Dried onion soup mix, bit of Soya sauce (acording to your taste), minced garlic, and then olive oil to moisten the paste to a sticky paste.
Put the rabbit pieces in the bottom of the crock pot.
Put some paste mixture on top of the pieces of rabbit.
Then lay a layer of chicken pieces (skin on) on top of the rabbit pieces.
Once again put the paste mixture on top of the chicken pieces. (skin on chicken pieces adds fat and moisture.
Add a bit of chicken broth in the bottom. Don't be skimpy on the paste you use.... it is the great flavour.
Crock pot on high for about an hour and then turn to low for the rest of the day.
Meat falls off the bone. ENJOY!
