You will need to feed 4 people:
2 sticks of french bread, 8 slices of bacon, 4 pickerel fillets, 1 tub of garlic and herb cream cheese, red leaf lettuce, 2 fresh Roma tomatoes, 1 lemon, butter and lemon pepper.

1) clean your pickerel and remove the skin rinse and pat dry.
2) slice your french bread down the center and butter. Place your bacon in the nuker until crispy. Crush when done.
3) warm your BBQ up to med heat as well as a skillet large enough to grill your french bread.
4) combine the crushed bacon with the cream cheese and add the juice from half a lemon.
5) BBQ your fish fillets using the lemon pepper as seasoning.
6) grill your bread and add the cream cheese mixture heavily to both top halves. Place leaf lettuce and sliced tomatoes on the bottom halves.
7) Add the fish to the bottom half of the sandwich then add the top.
8.) cut each loaf into four slices, place a large tooth pick through a lemon wedge and through the sandwich. You are ready to go!

**** serve this with a cold pasta salad and a pitcher of Long Islands****
