Okay guys get ready this is a good one
Take 1 can Italian diced tomatoes, 2 chopped scallions, a bunch of green onions, and diced garlic (4-5 cloves) and simmer in a sauce pan. add salt, pepper, and celery salt to taste. reduce this mixture.
take two lake trout fillets skin removed and place them on a cookie sheet (spray with pam) add salt and spread a little Dijon right on the fish the cover with parm. cheese.
Add the contents of the sauce pan right on top of the trout, cover with more parm. cheese cover with lemon slices.
Bake at 330 for 8-12 minutes until done.
Serve with white wine, fresh asparagus, bread and salad
Add candles and flowers to the table if this is for a date.
