I have not made one in a while but after talking to Pat yesterday, I had a hankering for a fried bologna sandwich!

Ingredients: I loaf Italian bread, butter, Havarti cheese in slices, garlic bologna sliced

Warm a skillet and fry your bologna slices 5-6, slice and butter the outside of your Italian bread place 3-4 slices of cheese on one half add mustard and salt+pepper. Add Fried Bologna and close the sandwich. Place into the skillet grilling both sides 'till the cheese runs out!

These are addictive especially when chased with a cold Labatt IPA just like real Newfies drink! Razz

Reminds me of home! I haven't seen IPA for a while, not since Kieth's hit the shelves here in Ontario but here are a few the locals like "back East"

I love Labatt blue Star Gold beer! If a certain Fishmonger is out East and wants to bring back a case I promise to help him empty the box! Razz
