You have got to try this one...brew a pot of coffee and slow cook it in a crock pot.....thats right a crock pot...i personally hate the taste of coffee...sorry tim hortins lovers, when it is done you can take the goose breast and cut it with your fork.....you can never go wrong with bacon wrapped duck titties on the barbi..um i think i will go dig some out of thr freezer now....good luck

After you filet the breast out lay it flat on a cutting board. The breast needs to be sliced so it is half the thickness, guage what is half and cut with a very sharp knife. If you can't do this by hand use two thin butter knives alongside the breast on both sides. This will allow you to make a uniform thickness. Pre cook loose breakfast sausage to where it's almost done and set aside and alow to cool down. Take the thined breast and lay it flat on the cutting board, put sausage across the surface and roll. You can tell if you put to much sausage if it's thick like a football, don't over fill. Pin with tooth picks and cut roll into 3" pieces. If you want you can wrap bacon around the roll. Season how ever you like on the outside and put into the over at 350 deg. farit. Also you can sear rolls first in the grease thats left over from the sausage before cooking in the oven to roast. These taste great but will clog the heart, Ha Ha Ha !!
