Pan-Fry Recipe ~~~ |
|
I usually pan-fry most of my fish I catch. I will try to explain the best I can on how I do it.
Here are some of the things I need..... Olive oil, A/P flour mixed with Fish Crisp ( 50/50 ) add Italian Seasoning and salt and pepper to the dry mix. Lemon Juice, Fresh chives, frest dill, parsley, Lemon pepper.
I cooked up some SMB that I caught the other day. Fresh tomatoes, and a little time and effort makes for a gr8 lunch/dinner. I like to try different things when it comes to cooking, but this was a winner last time I made it.
Heat pan on Med heat, and all extra virgin olive oil, and always use fresh herbs when available. Take your time and put a little passion into your cooking when you have the time, and your dish will taste that much better!
Enjoy~~~~~~

Believe it or not RanPan but there are some folks who claim SM Bass aren't good to eat!!!!!
Go figure!!!!!
Nice job on the fish, looks great!
I'm partial to Crisp straight up (Cajin) and let the little fellas swim around in my deep fryer.
Many satisfied customers.
Have a great weekend and play safe!!!!!

This year was this first time I have cooked and ate SMB.. It was also the first time that I have kept silver bass too and ate them as well. I would not like to eat them all the time, but they are very tasty fish when cooked properly. Perch are still my #1 fish to eat, but when you can't catch them, SMB are a close second.
