Smoker Bags |
|
Hey Guys I was talking with a buddy of mine about cooking fish, because I still have a whole trout in the freezer. He was telling me about this prduct he saw recently, called a smoker bag, and I was just wondering if anyone on here has tried them before and what they thought?

CJ.... If you want to home smoke that fish get some maple or mesquite chunks lay them on top of your BBQ grill over one burner. Get the heat going until they smoke. Take your fillets and place them on some greased foil and place them over the other burner (turned off). Set the heat to low on the lit burner and leave it for a few hours.
The night before soak the thawed fillets in sea salt (1/2 cup) 5tsp of ginger and a jug of orange juice.
