Wild Nachos |

1 pound wild game meat, ground, deer, elk, buffalo-you choose
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 large bag nacho chips
1 large or 2 small tomatoes chopped
3 green onions, chopped
2-4 peppers chopped, choose yours according to hot you like it(I use 2 jalepeno's and 2 serrano or habenro peppers)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salsa and sour cream
Brown meat in large fry pan. Add taco seasonings when meat is just fully browned, add water and cook until liquid thickens.
Place tortilla chips in small pie plates. Top with seasoned meat, chopped tomatoes, onions, and peppers. Add cheese on top, making sure you cover all the meat and chips.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serving with salsa and sour cream.
Wash down with icy cold Margaritas!
