DOES ENYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN FIND A RECIEPE FOR HONEY GARLIC SAUSAGES. I CANNOT SEEM TO FIND ONE ANYWHERE. THANKS

Here is mine....
Buy Pork butt.... As much as you need to make your batch, I normally do 10 lbs, go to a butcher so you can get your casing all in one shot.
Grinder your pork butt twice through a medium sized bit. (If you would like to make beef or 50/50 it is fine but always buy fatty beef like outside round)
I find it is way easier to use garlic and oil from a jar but you can push cloves through the grinder while grinding your meat on the second pass. I find 25 cloves will do 10 pounds nicely.
Once your meat is ground place it in a big mixing bowl.
Add in 20ml of Franks Read hot sauce
Add in 1/cup of honey (which ever brand you like)
Add 3 tbsp of powdered garlic
Add 1/3 cup of prepared mustard
add 4 tbsp of fennel seed
2 tablespoon salt 2 pepper
If using garlic in oil that is already minced, ad 10 tbsp.
Mix well, and make a Patty and fry it on the stove.... If you like the flavour stuff your casing..... If you don't you can tinker with the seasoning....
