i use and tweak this , (allthough I also prefer to smoke it in the summer, these are fall off the bone tender in the overn)
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 1/4 cup paprika
* 1 tablespoon black pepper
* 1 tablespoon salt
* 1 tablespoon chili powder
* 1 tablespoon garlic powder
* 1 tablespoon onion powder
* 1 teaspoon cayenne
I cover the racks with tin foil and cook at 300 for around 3-4 hours..I drain the juice after an hour and a half. then uncover the foil and put lots of good bbq sauce for the last 45 minutes to an hour.
I like spicy so I add more chili powder.

Tried this recipe and it is fantastic! Only difference is I put the ribs on the charcoal BBQ with some mesquite wood chips for about an hour after being in the oven. Gotta love this summer like weather. Beer and BBQ's....Thanks for posting!
Regards
Bob
