2013 bookings for Chartertalk guide service |
|
Now that I have a date for the new boat to arrive I will post. The new website www.chartertalk.ca is up and running along with Chartertalk guide service on Facebook.
For those who don't know me, I have been guiding since 1999 and target walleye, bass, musky and steelhead on the Detroit River and lakes Erie and St Clair. All equipment is supplied. I am Transport Canada certified and commercially insured. I fish from a smaller guide boat 21' and take 1-4 people on the Detroit River jigging and up to 3 on the lakes.

Set aside an open Friday for Tom and I Bob. We want to do a Detroit River walleye trip first this year. Actually any day should work for us. Any pictures yet of the new ride?

Great web page Bob. Really professionally done. Easy to read & easy to find everything about your service . Even a lot of how to info. I've been looking at at bunch of charter sites lately and yours is as good as or in most cases way better than most I've seen. Great job Bob. PS really looking forward to our trip with you on the Detroit river.

I sold my boat in mid Feb and was unable to have a new boat built by early April. The earliest completion date was April 24 then transport to a dealer and a day or 2 to rig at the dealer. So I decided on a boat that a friend of mine Ward Edmonds of Huntsville bought last year. It is a 2012 Ranger 621 powered by a 300 Yamaha with a T9.9 kicker Minn Kota Terrova and HB 998si and 798 graphs. Ward owns the GMC dealership in Huntsville and was busy building a new house last year and only put 38 hrs on the 300, it just broke in

No seat belts or helmets required, its a Ranger but it does have the full windshield so your eyes won't water at 55mph plus. Lol
