Walleye |
|
I am a deep fried walleye kind of guy but last night I did something a little different. I took some of the small fillets I had and baked them, mixed up a couple tbsp of mayo and rasped in 3 cloves of garlic, a little squeeze of lemon juice and some salt and pepper and slathered it on the fish and baked on parchment paper @ 400 for 10 minutes and then cranked the broiler up for 2-3 minutes for a little char and its the wifes new fav. It was delicious with some rice and steamed veggies. even my 18 year old don't eat fish anymore daughter tried it and liked it
Enjoy

Baking them is my favourite also. A little sprinkle of fresh dill and rolled in Panko crumbs.
