Hello, my name is Dave and ive been around a couple weeks and was invited to join here by Phatpelky after hitting the MB marina with him. ive already met the Pirate, Fisheye, Shorefisher and a few other members at the meet on thursday. ive been on a lot of forums in the past (not all fishing) and i must say Eric and Orval have really created one heck of a comunity here. i really enjoy the fact that you can bring together a rather large group of people of all ages who enjoy the same hobbies and not get all the childish BS I see on alot of the other forums. im looking forward to getting out on the hard water this year for the first time and fishing with some of the guys from the forum here.
so thanks Eric and Orval for creating one of the best forums i've ever been on

thanks Eric, i'll deffinately take yall up on that for sure. as long as i have a good time and take home a couple dinners im in. it would just be nice if the economy was in better shape, then i would be able to afford some of the other things like a sled and ice hut to get out further than i can walk, if things keep up like this ill be lucky to have a job at the end of the winter.

I am sure we can find room for ya... Most of us have huts and transportation.

well, like i said man, ill be sure to make it out with everyone a few time this season at least. between everyone here and my father in law i think ill be out on the ice a heck of a lot more than i thought i would. Thanks alot guys
